The room was nice and clean, super spacious as well! We arrived after a long day of travelling and the staff were so welcoming and helpful! Gave us a map of where to find good food and things to do nearby. They wouldn't let us carry our bags and were super helpful with absolutely everything! Also the breakfast was delicious and you can order hot food made fresh as well!

    We loved doing a street food tour of Hanoi and just wandering around. There is so much to do. The food in Hanoi is so delicious. We also used it as a base to do a day trip to Ninh Binh and also go to Halong Bay overnight.

    TO WHO THIS MIGHT CONCERN MY TIME IN VIETNAM WAS VERY SHORT .I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SPENT MORE TIME . HOWEVER I LOVED HANOI AND I REALLY LOVED I PERSON AT THE DESK SHE WAS REALLY EFFICIENT AND VERY HELPFUL. AND TOLD ME HOW TO GO ABOUT MY TIME IN HANOI. I WOULD LOVE YO COME BACK AGAIN SOMETIME TO HANOI. A VERY BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY AND BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE AND VERY HELPFUL. THANK YOU .

    A gem of a hotel in a quiet lane in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. My wife and I stayed here four nights at the end of our month of independent travel in Vietnam. The hotel is located on a small pedestrian lane so it is very quiet and made a nice retreat from the bustle of most Hanoi streets. Our top floor room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were superb and the staff very friendly and helpful, especially Daisy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    The hotel was in the heart of the Old Quarter, so it was easy to explore many of Hanoi's attractions on foot. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfasts were tasty, diverse and plentiful. The staff at reception organised transport and a laundry service for us. It was such an enjoyable stay! We have already booked one more night here before we leave Vietnam because we enjoyed it so much!

    Tank the receptionist was amazing he took the time and told us the best places to go in Hanoi he was a good friend to us, the hotel rooms were great for the price the rooms didn’t have windows which was fine good location was in the old quarter loud at night we didn’t mind great place to stay in Hanoi for cheap!

    One of the best hotel experience in Vietnam. It is in the best part of Hanoi Old Quarter as it is in a slightly calmer and wider street, but surrounded with great local restaurants, café places. Staff was super helpful, they gave us great advices. We stayed there 4 times in 3 weeks (every time just 1 night).
