Exceptional customer service, very friendly staff. Hotel was very clean & room & bed very comfortable. Swimming pool was open at 6.30am and very good for lane swimming. Gym also open at 6.30am and well equipped. Walking distance to old town & river. Would absolutely recommend

The hotel was classy and elegant with a touch of exotic architecture. It was spread out over beautiful, spacious gardens with several buildings, making it a really unique experience. There was a huge pool, and it was nice being so close to the city center. Bikes were free to rent, which was a great perk. The staff was super friendly, which seemed to be a common and lovely thing in Vietnam. With an excellent breakfast every morning, it was probably one of the best hotel experiences I had in Vietnam.

The owners of the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. We were treated like kings throughout our stay. The room and facilities were very clean and the pool was perfect to cool off and take a swim. We also used their laundry service which was done fast and clean. The owners also helped us with providing good suggestions of places to go in Hoi An (activities, food, clothes shops,..) and arranged the taxis for us. Upon checkout we received some food for on the go, since they knew we were taking a night bus to Nha trang, this was a very welcome surprise (and was delicious) :-) We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Hoi An. The owners are truly amazing people and we will definitely book this again when we return to Hoi An one day Greetings, James and Falco

It’s the kind of place where making friends comes naturally—there’s a great atmosphere, cozy spaces, and the energy just invites connection. The breakfast was excellent every morning, with lots of care put into the details. What really makes this hostel stand out is the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful, but I especially want to mention Jenny—she truly goes above and beyond. She remembers guests by name, checks in to make sure you’re comfortable, and has a way of making you feel like you’re not just a visitor, but part of something warm and familiar. She’s a big reason this place feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a hostel with heart
