We booked one night, for our flight was late at night and therefore we wanted to have a room during the day. What a great choice, we could have stayed longer. Even tough the staff didn't speak English, they were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel is located in an interesting area with welcoming locals and close to a market.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Luxury Hanoi Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The management team, especially Ha and Hung, were incredibly attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. Their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. They were always available and eager to assist, whether it was booking tours or providing helpful advice for shopping in the area. The staff at the hotel were always on their feet, ready to assist with anything I needed, ensuring a level of service that exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculate—neat, clean, and very comfortable, creating the perfect environment to relax after a busy day of exploring the city. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The combination of excellent service, a spotless room, and the personal attention provided by Ha, Hung, and the entire team made it a truly unforgettable experience.
