This hotel is centrally located, very comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful - shout out to Clover in particular for helping us get a suitcase opened when the lock got stuck. Great location especially for the walking street over the weekend, and the staff helped organise transfers and day trips. Highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Hanoi!

Our arrival was made very special by Anna. We were made to feel welcome. Anna recommended great restaurants and things to do in Hanoi. The service was exceptional. The hotel was beautiful. The breakfasts were amazing.. The staff and their attention to detail was excellent. The team were so friendly and helpful.The location was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.
