This is the best hotel I have been in Viet Nam. The staff is super friendly and provides tons of recommendations during checkin. They also gave a goodbye gift. The bedroom was super nice, spacious and comfy. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Hanoi.

Eliana Hanoi hotel, apart from having a great location in the very center of the old city and comfortable, spacious, beautifully designed rooms, has a wonderful staff that will make you feel like part of the family. I received a lot of useful information during my stay, as well as an excellent organization of excursions with excellent guides with a high command of the English language. We stayed at Meritel Hotel in June 2024, and it served as a base point for our adventures in the Northern Vietnam. The location is very advantageous, all the principal tourist attractions are within walking distance. Despite the pretty active street life, the rooms were really quiet. The breakfast is respectable, there are options for both local cuisine enthusiasts and more traditional people. We can confidently say that Meritel stands out among many hotels worldwide due to its customer service. It is simply exceptional, from the lobby staff to the management.
