Hotel is very new. Top of class cleanliness. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, was able to sleep very well. Excellent customer service. They kindly kept our luggages after we checked out so we could still have our afternoon tour. They also kindly let us use the shower and other amenities for free even after our tour and just before going to the airport. Location is walking distance to shops and restaurants. A good leisurely walk going to Hoàn Kiem lake. Very good value for money. Close to luxurious experience for a fraction of the price. Will definitely recommend to friends who plan to stay in Hanoi.

Staff Linh was welcoming and very helpful. Spa was excellent and forgot to check lady’s name she was too good in recommending and staff gave very good massage. I chose this hotel because of its central position, close to the train street, the old center, night markets, the French quarter. We found a fancy hotel with a perfectly working elevator and rooms as described. The rooms we stayed in were spacious with comfortable beds and everything we needed. Street-facing rooms have a beautiful view of Hanoi life with all its hustle and bustle. We liked the breakfast very much. All the hotel staff are extraordinary, wonderful people who really want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. With Daff's help we had fantastic experiences with comfortable transfers and a cruise on an amazing ship in HaLongBay. Daff answered all possible questions and helped us with absolutely everything we needed during our stay. For us it is a place that has remained close to our hearts and for sure when we arrive in Hanoi again we will look to stay here again.
