Very friendly and accommodating staff all round, always willing to help and assist. We were really made to feel welcome. We were contacted and offered assistance by the manager as soon as we had made the booking. This place is in old town and close to the railway station. Still the street in front of the hotel is quiet, due to there being a school there. All areas of the hotel were kept spotless. Good size rooms. We would especially like to thank Tony, Alisa, Kate, and Luca for making our stay memorable.
