Absolutely amazing place. The ‘hut’ rooms are clean comfy with good shower etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice area to ride bicycles around and kayak on the river. In a slightly more remote part of Phong Nha but on site restaurant has plenty of delicious food (& good breakfast), great to stay and relax. We also did the Hang En Cave trek from here which highly recommend.

Hotel is new, comfortable room, clean, lots of light. Location is perfect. We felt very welcome. The owner wakes up at 4am to let us in after our bus arrived in a night. He was extremely helpful with recommendations or booking a bus tickets. He was not pushy but he made us feel welcome and comfortable. Additionally, he is making REALLY good cappuccino. In my opinion this is a perfect place to stay in Phong Nha.

One of the best places we stayed in Vietnam so far. First and foremost, the owners and people who work there are amazing. Friendly, patient, informative, and willing to help! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, woth fridge and A/C. The bathrooms are also spacious. The location is great just across the river. The places also operates a restaurant with delicious food.

Hoa the owner was absolutely amazing from the very first moment. She took care of EVERYTHING in our staying from picking us up from the bus station in the middle of the night, earlier than expected, through free early check in to dinners and renting a motorbike. The place is spectacular and calming. Everything was beautiful. The location is 10 minutes driving from the center that is anyhow not that epic so we didn't mind. It was quiet and amazing.

Everything was great! Hugo and his family are the sweetest! He picked us up at 2 am from the train station, we could checkin early (for a small fee), the room was huuuuge, clean and all in all amazing. Breakfast was delicious(you can choose between 5 or 6 options)! we alsl bookes a tour and a bus with Hugo and all worked out perfectly! We could rent a bike for free and they had a cute cat and 2 sweet children 😍
