Sadly, we only stayed here for two nights. The hostess and her family are incredibly warm, kind, and hospitable — you can tell they truly love running the house and taking care of their guests. We immediately felt at home. During our stay, they happily helped and advised us in many ways. Furthermore, the house and garden are beautiful, as are the rooms, which have great facilities. The surroundings are peaceful, with a view of the river. The food is delicious and freshly made. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it when visiting Ninh Bình.

The staff were amazing, very accomadating and patient. The room was beautiful and the pool was perfect, Breakfast had variety, The location while out of town was close to all the key attractions and felt really peaceful, a great place to unwind. Staff were great with supporting us to book tours and the local tour guide (Thai) was so knowledgeable and connected to the area, it really made our day.

The rooms were new, the bedlinen were perfect, the hosts were helpful and nice. A bit far from main tourist attractions, such as Tam Coc, but they are running tourist agency and could organize many kinds of tours. So if you are a lover of countryside life with comfort - this will suite you.

Awesome location just in the middle of the Bai Dinh temple. Everything there is just a few minutes walk away. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Super cozy and cute place and nice area, especially if I were tired of busy vibrant hanoi The owner was very friendly, couldn't ask for more All the food was great including breakfast. We had dinner at the restaurant (need to book in advance since they get the ingredients when order is made) and I highly recommend bbq It was one of the most festive meal we had in Vietnam Would recommend renting a bike from the place and biking around the neighbourhood
