Pretty basic hotel, bit run down. Did for one night. Must be better places to stay in Bao Lac than this. Staff were lovely and helpful though so no complaints there.

Very clean room and the hot water and heating worked perfectly. There is also very secure motorbike parking and even a large kitchen area that you can use. Great stopover point for the ha giang loop

Everything was perfect. The dorm is really recent, made with bamboo. It's clean and very pretty. The night with Toine, his family and all the other guests was unforgettable. The food was excellent and we share some karaoke and happy water late into the night. Some details very nice, the shower flow, homemade honey, breakfast with eggs and pancakes, kindness of Toine and his family. You feel yourself at home.

Very good value for money because the dormitory is actually almost private rooms because everyone has their own door. The most comfortable mattress in all of Vietnam felt like I was back in Europe I slept very well. Also included in the price was breakfast and bananas and water for guests.The owner was very nice always asking me if I had everything I needed. I also had dinner there and very good food. Nice big balcony where I could do yoga with a view. In short I recommend it
