Dragon and his family were welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. We had dinner with them and his daughters were a joy. The beds are the softest in Ha Giang and had heating in winter as well.

The accommodation was so clean and the receptionist Viet helped me with booking Ha Giang loop. Durinh 3N4D tour, my driver Hai was easy to communicate with, friendly and polite. Not only he was punctual but also whenever I texted him he responded me directly. I enjoyed travelling with him and I‘d highly recommend him.

The owner upgraded our room due to some rowdy guests coming in later, very clean, good sized rooms. We rented motorbikes as well I got the honda xr150 (best bike on the loop) new condition, and booked the loop with them. Peta our guide was brilliant, a nice relaxed pace, plenty of stops and photo ops.

We had an amazing experience staying at LiLa Inn. Liam provided outstanding customer service, he was so helpful and communicative. He helped arrange our transport from Hanoi to Ha Giang and also helped arrange our transport to Cat Ba Island after our stay. My partner and I booked a full package easy rider motorbike tour with LiLa Inn for the Ha Giang Loop and had a wonderful time. We felt safe with our easy riders (Ninh & Tao) who took great care of us on the loop from start to finish. The staff at LiLa Inn were great, especially Kim, who made us feel like we were part of the family. We can’t thank Liam enough for all the help during our stay and we highly recommend staying at LiLa Inn for anyone considering doing the loop. On top of all that the room we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable.

this hotel will be the highlight of our trip to vietnam, we stayed here before doing the ha giang loop. huyen was a beautiful host and took care of everything for us, the room was huge with amazing views of the mountains, we had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant which we loved and the pool was so refreshing. all of the staff are so friendly and happy to help with booking any tours, sorting laundry and transport to ha giang.
