It was a last minute decision to travel to Fergana, so I kind of randomly picked this hotel, and how lucky I was! Everything went very smooth, the room was amazing - bright, super spacious, with kettle and tea, really beautifully designed. The breakfast was plenty, delicious, and offered a huge variety of cold and hot bites, fruits, vegetables, fresh bakery and of course endless option of teas. But why I am entirely grateful was the super kind and helpful staff, especially Mohigul at the reception who not only arranged a driver for me to take me out of town, but negotiated a good price and stayed available during the whole day in case she had to translate something between the driver and me. This is what you would expect only in a 5 star hotel anywhere in the world, and I am so grateful to have stayed there. I will return to Uzbekistan, and also to Fergana for a longer stay and I will definitely come here again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay ! The room was clean, warm, it had a big bathroom with hot shower, we had a TV to watch netflix and prime video, a small fridge, and the breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choice.
