Location of the hotel is very convenient. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, they try to provide the information whenever required even if it is not related to the hotel ,they offered to organise our mountain trip if needed but we had our plan in place already,they were really kind . Room service was nice and rooms were neat and clean.

Great hotel, proximity of Novza metro station makes it a great point to connect to entire Tashkent by metro. Single room is nice and comfy with extra good madrases and all the amenities you can need for your stray. Staff is really nice and helpful, and breakfast is diverse and tasty (altho without much variation by day). Extra value for money!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and fresh, with spotless towels and linens. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I appreciated that it wasn’t too noisy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Another plus was the convenient location, there were several cafes and shops nearby.

    Amazing city with a lot of thematics such as monuments, bazaar, food market, Mosques, parks, Plov Center, metro stations with art decoration. A must visit city of the old Silk Road with a former Soviet Union style. Not a walkable city, better to organise a guided tour with a car or use the metro.

    Interesting city, developing toward better!!! Definitely worth of visiting but Uzbekistan offers much more, so Tashenkt as capital should be visited for a day or two, if the total Uzbekistan holidays are not more than one week

    Tashkent is clean, safe, and impressively modern in parts, yet still holds on to its rich Soviet and Silk Road-era charm. The locals are warm and respectful, the city is affordable, and the food (especially plov and samsa) is authentic and full of flavor. We loved how easy it was to take day trips to Chimgan Mountains, Charvak Lake, and the Amirsoy resort all offering beautiful nature, cable cars, and a refreshing change from city life. Tashkent exceeded expectations a safe, culturally rich, and surprisingly stylish destination for a quick adventure or nature escape.

    Rooms are clean. It’s located on the main road and Taxi are easily accessible. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, making it easy to use public transport which is much cheaper. There is an EVOS next door and mini markets very close by. I had two bookings here when I arrived in Tashkent as well as before leaving the country after visiting other cities. The hotel allowed me to keep my luggage in their locker while I went to other cities in Uzbekistan so that I had to carry only few. Breakfast is good with a good selection of items.

    The hotel is very beautiful and has a nice location. It’s a short taxi ride from most of Tashkent’s attractions like Amir Tempe square and Independence square. The room was huge, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Uzbekistan: wide variety of delicious dishes. We also ordered a pizza for room service and it’s was quite big. Staff were very polite and helpful : talked to our app can drivers couple times to explain location.

    This was the best place we stayed in uzbekistan. Amazing standard and it's surprising that it is listed as a 3 star hotel as it had the feel of being 5 star. Excellent rooms. Staff were phenomenal and breakfast had great variety. Pool and spa were great. Yandex makes the slightly remote location not be a problem. In the plus side it's very close to the airport and train station
