The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were the nicest, kindest hotel staff i have ever met and i really travel a lot. Me, my mum and my brother stayed at the energy hotel in the family suite. One big room with a king size bed a tv a make up desk and mirror and lots of storage. The other room had two single beds and again lots of storage. The middle room, aka the living room had a seperate smart tv and chairs and a table and a fridge etc etc. There is a button you press, and the staff cleans your room immediately. The lady at the reception was fluent in english and the other staff as well. Special thanks to Medina and the other staff whose name i dont know. Every need was met in seconds. One night we asked for extra chairs for the room because my family came to visit and they brought us chairs from the restaurant. communication was perfect. The rooms very clean. It is a very new hotel so everything was brand new. the furniture the bath everything. Everything you need for a stay is provided. It was very cold and the air conditioning worked perfectly. One in the living room and one in the double room. Breakfast was also really nice and the restaurant very clean. Coffee and tea are always for free. The staff helps you with every matter. Generally the people in Taskent are so nice and friendly but this staff at the energy hotel they were just the best. My sister lives here and i am from germany and i will always be staying here from now on. You feel like home and after a long day you just want to come home to this hotel. Thank you energy hotel and staff. We loved it!!!

I really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The reception staff were excellent, and the service overall was outstanding. Shakhzoola was especially helpful, guiding and assisting us throughout our stay.

Rooms facing to main street are noisy. We ask to change room for another one facing backward. Breakfast was nice. WIFI -OK. My favorite features were sauna and 12 meters swimming pool. Need to pay a bit extra, but very reasonable price especially if you agree to share and split the cost. I did. Chef in restaurant give us take away breakfast for early departure, just need to ask.
