BRAND NEW hotel. Everything was new. Manager very young kid was very polite and helpful. Despite his age, he made our stay AMAZING. We loved that breakfast was brought to our room. Breakfast was really good and big. Staff really made their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Great host, friendly, and dropped us off to the station at an unearthly hour for free, without charge. That should count for all the stars one can give. From the inside, the apartment is spacious and well fitted. The kitchen was tricky to operate due to a malfunction with the cooker. The apartment block is next to a major motorway crossing, so busy with over excited drivers, speeding like there is no tomorrow. It was dry, dusty, and a construction site for the local University buildings. So once this is complete and the back roads are tarmacked, it will be better. There are no lights in the building common areas, although Uzbekistan is very safe.

The decor of the hotel was charming and added to our stay. The breakfast was plenty and had a wide variety. The staff in the hotel were very welcoming. They arranged our tour for outside the city for a reasonable price. I found their communication to be excellent. All spoke fluent English, which made it easy for us.

This place is very close to the city centre and to all the major attractions. Just a minute's walk to reach Lyabi Khause Square. The hosts were amazing. Samirbek and his Mother were the best of all hosts. Samirbek was always there to help me with restaurants, attractions, and anything I needed, ensuring I truly enjoyed my stay. They even packed breakfast for me on the third day to eat on the train. Highly recommended!.

Beautiful property in the heart of the Old city, very close to all the important monuments & shopping bazaars of Bukhara, the person at the desk was an extremely helpful student on his summer break, Shamshad, who tried to make us as comfortable as possible, served us breakfast a bit early, booked a buggy for us to see the monuments, booked a taxi for us to travel to Khiva by road ftom Bukhara
