Our one-night stopover here was a highlight of our trip, thanks entirely to the exceptional service and comfort. The accommodations were first-rate: the rooms were quite large, supremely comfortable, quiet and meticulously clean. However, the staff is the real star. They are unbelievably friendly and truly went the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Their kindness was demonstrated by little touches that made a huge difference: they offered us fresh watermelon and melon not once, but twice, and even presented us with a lovely gift of nuts as a farewell present. This hospitality creates an atmosphere where you genuinely feel like you've come to stay with close friends. For getting around and seeing the sights, we relied on Yandex, which was very cost-effective.

Great location and very smiley staff. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. I had an upgrade to standard double room which was 10 dollars more but much better, with a window and a street view. The budget room was rather depressing. The standard room is simple, no kettle but it was not needed. Despite many complaints in the review about the noise, the neighbourhood was super quiet! The balcony door does a good insulating job and I mostly hear nothing from outside.

The location is great: close to wonderful restaurants, for example Bek and Sim Sim, as well as Apex pizza if you prefer something casual, also two shops open till midnight selling soft drinks and chips, several bus stops near (The public transportation in Tashkent is very reliable and comfortable). The place is sparkling clean. The staff is always around ready to help you, very polite and quiet. There are two swimming pools indoors and outdoors, and my sons went there first thing after breakfast. They not only feyltch you taxi, but recommend best places to visit sightseeing and also to buy gifts from. Comfortable lounge area around both of the pools. There was always something new to try each morning at breakfasts - a great variety of local fresh produce, treats, and pastry. The serving is top-notch. I tried khalva there and then bought it from Local Bazaar for gifts. The place is so quiet you almost forget you are not in the Palace but in the city. It is 20 min drive to the airport, which is great, no worries to get in time. I especially want to mention Kahramon the driver - he helped to drive my mom to greet us at airport and then to wave us goodbye and then he drove my mom home and helped to carry her stuff up to the doorstep. He knows the best route, very polite and professional. I also want to thank MuhammadAziz- always ready to help, always with a smile. I will recommend this place to all my friends, colleagues and relatives.
