This place is unique - it's not traditional & has a lot of awesome quirks. The decor is off-beat & fun, we called it "wonderfully weird". It was perfect for us, but might not be perfect for everyone. Yucca Valley is a unique city with many small stores around the area that have a variety of different items such as antiques and thrift stores. This area is also great for nature walks/hikes. The rooms are much bigger than the photos, obviously a good thing. Front desk is so helpful ( Hi Michelle!! You are lovely) we loved getting info, chatting and really just learning about the area as it was our first time. Joshua tree national park is also at a very convenient location about 25 mins from the hotel and we didn't mind the drive knowing our impeccable room & bed awaits. The interiors captured some of the very intricate aspects of native tribes of Americas, a fitting tribute to their culture and art. The rooms were very spacious and well ventilated.
