I grew up in a small farming town 10 miles out of Rapids.
I didn't do any site seeing or looking for a great restaurant.
This was a return visit for family every year.
Rapids is easy to get around. It has many historical places to go.

The town is spread out a lot more than I thought.
The town is spread out a lot more than I thought. I was pretty dependent upon my gps to get me around. This was not an issue since the purpose of my trip was to spend all three days at the kennels where the seminar took place.

This is a nice hotel on the southern edge of the town of Rapids, close to a Walmart, gas, and some restaurants. It’s quiet, has ample parking, and the hotel itself is very well maintained. I was impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. Staff were very friendly. Pool was open for doing water exercise and laps. Laundry was easy and $3 total. Breakfast was nice to have every morning, and they allow you to eat in your room if preferred. Overall I’d stay here again!

No carpeting in the guest room made the room feel cleaner. The hotel was centrally located and was near restaurants, stores and near the baseball fields we were visiting.

Our room was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was at a perfect temperature. The entire hotel was very clean.

Nothing. I couldn’t stay there. I walked out after looking at the room and I paid to stay at another hotel down the street.
