The hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of Westfield and very close to the train station. It is an excellent place to stay without a car. The breakfasts were good and staff member Wendy was unfailingly cheerful early in the morning or late in the day when on reception. Other members of staff on reception were outstandingly helpful.

1. The housekeepers were exceptional 👌🏼. 2. The room was amazing and got everything we needed. 3. The location is simply the best 👌🏼. 4. First of all, I cannot call this a hotel, this is the home of your friends house. The hotel staff are your friends who are your hosts and help you with everything. I will definitely come back again and I will recommend it to everyone. Be sure to have a coffee on the front terrace

    The keycards to access the room didn’t work.

    The keycards to access the room didn’t work. I felt that the stay was being watched. It was very inconvenient to ask for a new card access every time I entered the room. The cleaning service missed a day so I didn’t have enough towels for showers.
