Warrensberg looks like a great little town.
Warrensberg looks like a great little town. They have all the major restaurants and some cool little kitchy restaurants as well. They really support UCM in that town and they should because the kids and parents are the ones spending all the money there. They could use more AirBnB locations. Everything is super close. The train stops there and from St. Charles, MO it is only $34 one way!

Mask policy would have been nice. 75% of guest did not wear mask at any time. Hotel staff did wear masks.
Pool was very small or hot tub was very cool. I did use the pool for exercise and stretching my back with some relief.

The bed was comfortable, the AC/heat was good, the shower functioned well, the sink area and vanity was very nice, the desk clerk there when we came was very kind and helpful in getting us moved in - she carried a lot of our luggage upstairs to the 2nd floor. (We're on a special diet and brought a cooler and also had medical equipment to carry upstairs. We had requested a 1st floor room but none was available.) We didn't know there wasn't an elevator when we reserved the room.

The best hotel experience that I ever had.
The staff is incredible friendly and everywone was totally attentive.
Delcious food. Awesome pool.
Everyone always in good mood or accesible to the questions that I had.

the front desk receptionist upon my arrival on March 15. I forgot to ask her name - she’s the best receptionist ever!!! So friendly, efficient, looking for things she can do to make it easier for people. Give her a big raise!

Michael at the front desk was AMAZING! He is truly a gem and made us feel welcome and at home. He went a LONG way towards improving our view of the hotel. You're lucky to have him
