Location was perfect for the wedding we were attending in Foley, Mo. My main requirements for a hotel are that it’s clean and has a comfortable bed, and this one was. They are redecorating, but this didn’t affect our stay. They even provided coffee, breakfast sandwiches and muffins for breakfast. The employees were very polite and friendly, even let us check in early to change our clothes for the wedding. Appreciated that.

They are currently doing Renren ovations to some of the general areas of the hotel. It struck me that they are doing things to attain a three star rating for their hotel. It looked to me as if they are on the right track to make that three star rating happen!

The room was clean, the beds were decently comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. It was in a good location, too, right around the corner from Jack in the box, Walmart, and a target! The hotel fit our needs for the 3 nights we stayed at.

Needs renovated, which it appears that they are in the middle of but how long? Also, being in the trades myself, the work being done isn't good at all. Very outdated and ran down. A cheap budget hotel.
