I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Lake George. Both check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We didn't need the staff much but when we did, they were always helpful. There's access to tea/coffee and hot water in the lobby at all hours of the day and the tap water in the room was great. My wife and I had the room with the king size bed and walk-in shower, and there was a couch on the side as well with lots of open space. Both the bed and couch were comfortable and clean; the bathroom and shower were both clean and spacious. Obviously if you're looking to have a bath while staying here in a king room, make sure you don't click on the one with the walk-in shower. The AC/heating makes some noise but we were still able to sleep very well. Breakfast was good also, especially the sausage and potatoes. Location is great as you are just off the I-87 but also a couple minutes drive at most into the center of Lake George.

I made our booking on Booking.com who provided false information. They claimed that the hotel provides roll away beds. I sent 2 messages to the hotel through Booking.com requesting a roll away bed and never received a response. Got to the hotel to check in and found out they don't have roll away beds. My family consists of myself, my boyfriend, my 22 year old daughter and my 18 year old son. There was no way my daughter and son could share a bed. We went to our room to decide what we planned to do. The desk clerk came to our room to say that he had spoken to the manager about our situation and they offered us a 2nd room at a very good price. Excellent service.

The atmosphere was great. The food was great. Hot and well prepared. The hotel was clean and the room was clean an well maintained. This trip was good and the stay at this facility was equally good. I will stay next year when I come for the Bike fest once again.
