I had the pleasure of meeting Grace ( their lovely daughter) and Chris during my stay at the Inn, we had lovely conversations over breakfast. My stay was very pleasant and felt right at home. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable.

it looked clean in the room with double bed (1) in Kings room (9) the bathroom need improvement. in total it was great iconic stuff of our journey from Boston to New York as we wanted authentic motel experience and it was very nice, snowy, comfy, quiet, heated. we have no complains except bathroom in kings room. staff was very cool in communication they leave us key on place so we could check in late night.

The hotel seems in a safe area. The parking area is close to the hotel main entrance and side doors. The room is very clean. I stayed in the two bedroom suit , which is spacious and has two bathrooms.

Exceptional customer service from entire front desk staff and housekeeping!!! All team members are professional, efficient, courteous, and very personable. We mostly dealt with the receptionists. They were all friendly & lovely, especially the agent we dealt with originally. He was on shift most evenings of our stay & he always helped us whenever we had an issue. I forgot to get his name, but he was lovely. The room was clean when we first checked-in, however it's only cleaned sporadically. The fixings in the rooms are a little bit dated & worn out. It's in a good location, a few minutes away from the local shops & an expressway.
