South boston is up and coming, lots of new growth in the...
South boston is up and coming, lots of new growth in the area. New food chains and grocery stores have moved in. The high school was being rebuilt. This place is an hour from Richmond and thirty minutes from the new casino.

The area has some pretty good architecture and nature trails...
The area has some pretty good architecture and nature trails. I was there for a international race event which was quite good. I wouldn't recommend staying too long as there isn't much to see and good food is hard to come by. I do recommend checking out Cotton at Riverside Mill s its the best food with in 2hours of South Boston

As it happens I thought I was booking a hotel in South Boston Mass and I was booked into South Boston Virginia... So cannot comment on the property in question. I will say that the very professional polite and practical woman I spoke to Virginia was exceptional understood the mix-up entirely and she's really bloody good for booking.com if that leads one to her

This hotel is just off the main road with a river in the back that makes it a quiet place to stay and easy to get to. The staff is excellent do friendly. I like to give special mention to Stacy, who is always cheerful, constantly keeping the food bar clean and full yet always ready to give a smile and make you feel at home.

Lots of food in the area nearby. Hotel is right infront of a Food Lion, Dollar General, and a big shopping shopping plaza. Entertainment is about 2 minutes down the road with a bowling alley, movies, lazer tag, and go karts
