This was the perfect location for us.
This was the perfect location for us. It was only minutes to the Shenandoah Skyline, it is a beautiful national park! We were also close to several restaurants and stores. There was a great mall for shopping also a Wal-Mart fairly close by. We spent hours hiking on the trails of the skyline which are part of the Appalachian trail. There is also great fishing if your willing to hike to the creeks.

Shenandoah is a quaint, quiet town and the property in a residential area.
Mama Mia was a great Italian restaurant close by. Recommend it! You do have to go to a nearby town to shop. (about 15 min. away)
If you love BBQ, we highly recommend Triple Crown BBQ about half hour away near Luray on highway 211. (open Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
