Location and the rooms were clean and large enough for 3 people. Only thing I would have liked was the pool and hot tub to have been open while we were there. This has happen the last2 stays here. The breakfast was ok. Better than I have had at other holiday inn express.. next time I make sure get handicap bathroom for my older relatives because one slipped and fell and bruised her arm getting out tub. All in all we had great time in Shawnee.

First of all the male manager was very rude the room was okay except for the bed was hard the hotel is under construction at the same time so a lot of noise waking you up all the time ask for a little bit more time at checkout because we thought that check out time was 11 and they told us all they could do is give us 30 minutes because we needed to leave and was very very rude

Breakfast was great. Good food and variety of choices. The hotel was beautiful. Rooms were so clean with beautiful decor. Desk staff, housekeeping, and kitchen staff super friendly and personable, going above the usual hi to converse with guests. Wonderful experience!
