The property was very comfortable with lovely outdoor space and gardens and yet very close to SeaTac airport. The staff were very friendly especially Louisa our waitress for our evening meal. The food was excellent.

Very close to the airport. We walked which took less than ten minutes. Our room was very comfortable with good air conditioning, and overlooked the airport (4th floor). Breakfast was good. There is a laundry room available. We got a takeaway salad from the onsite restaurant, Sharps, which was amazing. Easy to get to the train into the city.

Breakfast was GREAT. We had an ADA room and it was well designed. We had also been booked through another booking group for a hotel that was CLOSED and had posted warning signs that were a bit terrifying. We found this place last minute and they were very welcoming.

Home of the Foodie Airport

SeaTac is a small city which surrounds the airport of the same name, better known as Seattle-Tacoma Airport. It is the busiest passenger hub in the state of Washington and has the unusual distinction of having a reputation for serving good food. Its 3 parallel runways are flanked to the north and south by 2 of the city’s green parks and others are on the shores of Puget Sound, separating the city from Vashon Island.

Unsurprisingly, aviation is one of SeaTac’s biggest industries and several international airlines have their headquarters here. Much of the accommodation is also centred around the terminal buildings. Many of the hotels and cheap motels on Booking.com offer swimming pools and free airport shuttles, making that early morning departure or late night arrival so much easier.

A train links the airport directly to Seattle city centre, as does the interstate which also goes past neighbouring Tacoma. SeaTac City Hall is just off the interstate, a few streets from large Angle Lake whose calm waters are a popular spot for fishing.

To the north-west in Tukwila, the Westfield Southcenter mall is the largest shopping centre in the state and has a whole host of restaurants as well as big name brands.

    Im not sure i understand why the food places close at the times they do....there are people traveling all over and at all times. I was starving when my plane landed....and the hotel restaurant was closed....

    I did not stay at this hotel on the 23rd.

    I did not stay at this hotel on the 23rd. The hotel was notified on 8/16 upon check out, at that time that I would not be staying there on the 23rd. Thus, my reservation there was cancelled with the hotel clerk upon check out

    This airport was awful.

    This airport was awful. My daughter had broken her foot on vacation so was in a wheelchair - we had to go up and down 4 elevators as well as had to wait two trams to get to the hotel shuttle. We didn't have any luggage to pick up and it still took an hour to get to where the shuttles are! People are so rude there - the place is just horrible

    This was a one night stop over as Air Canada cancelled our...

    This was a one night stop over as Air Canada cancelled our flight from Vancouver and the airline was dreadful in terms of providing alternative flight options to get home. I will NEVER book a flight with Air Canada again!!! Virgin Atlantic got us back to the UK and were excellent.

    A very busy airport with long lineups so allow time especially for international travel. Although security and passport control lines were long, they moved at a good steady pace. There are many terminals and gates,ours required 2 train rides to get there

    With a handicapped partner, getting pre requested wheelchair...

    With a handicapped partner, getting pre requested wheelchair service, took us over 1 1/2 hours to make it to our gate. The TSA area was very cramped and difficult to get through. Leave extra time arrival at this airport. Very busy and a lot of construction in various areas. We rode one elevator with a painter and his large painting cart!

    The reception staff was lovely and helpful. We upgraded (for $10) to a superior room, in the back wing. Our room was spacious, new, and spotless, with a comfortable king size bed. We left before the breakfast service, and bagged snacks were supplied. The airport shuttle was efficient and on-time. We were recommended a great dinner restaurant, walking distance from the hotel. This is a great airport hotel!

    Hotel close to the airport which is why it was picked. They have a shuttle service from the airport.but the website said it didn’t operate between 2 and 4. This proved to be wrong and we walked with our luggage when we could have got the shuttle
