Beautiful old buildings, good staff, fair restaurant.
Beautiful old buildings, good staff, fair restaurant. Don't go if you can't stand noisy, unmanaged children running up and down halls during sleep time, jumping up and down in the floor above late into the evening and forcing you and your pardner out onto the deck of the restaurant because you couldn't hear each other talk for all the yelling, running and shouting about 20 RUDE children.

Charming small town.
Charming small town. Not overwhelmed with crowds of folks, laid back and a few small restaurants all boasting great food and service!
Must go to the Strand Theater for first run movies in a charming retro theater!

The bed and pillows were the best we have ever had at a hotel. The whole facility was clean and newly updated. We stayed in the family bunk rooms so we did hear a child next door but soon they fell asleep and we understood we were in the family section. And the Green Mountain coffee keurig was a really nice surprise. The restaurant at the lodge was excellent with great portions. Only issue was the bugs but that’s the Adirondacks.

This is a great place in a great area the owner is very sweet and accommodating. Very pet friendly was great with my service dog best price in town. The only place we will ever stay in schroon lake. Kitchen a little tight but I'm a chef i cook in smaller spots. Very comfortable cabin with back up GENERATETORS .

great location. schroon lake is a perfect town,not to big ,not to small.all the appliances were new or up to date. place was clean upon arrival.just a cozy little cabin in a nice secluded area close to anything needed in town.

All inclusive entertainment for the family, indoor swimming, put-put golf, tennis, basketball, soccer field, chess. Fantastic restaurants. Hotel rooms, cabins available.
