Although our group frequent downtown Chicago, Schiller Park was nice. We enjoyed access and frequent visits to the local parks, especially the Des Plaines River Trail. We saw lots of wildlife (deer, raccoons, rabbits) and enjoyed frog sounds at night. For the young athletes there were good things for them to enjoy. Located very close to the airport Uber & cabs easily available, which made it very east to get around including a trip into downtown Chicago Not many restaurants within walking distance but we appreciated the convenience store & Subway inside the store The was a Q restaurant a short walk away where we had very good meals If we visit the area in the future, I cannot think of anything we would do differently re where to stay, other than perhaps including a night or two in downtown ChicagoGuest review bylindaUnited States - 4.0

The elevator broke down (we heard it does often) and we were on the 7th floor I'm 80 years old with a hip issue, we asked to be moved to the 1st floor but NO, so we got room on the 2nd floor but it was still very difficult to use 2 fights of stairs.
