The location was excellent. We were meeting family at Logan Airport and it was so convenient. The room was nice and was certainly good for an overnight stay. The staff was so helpful and full of information.

Loved the coffee bar on floor 2, there is a coffee machine, assorted milks, microwave, fruit, water and ice…this allowed me to make myself a coffee easily when I was working from the hotel room all week! And the wifi was great for work! No issues. Great hotel overall!!

Spacious clean room. Restaurant had delicious food too! There is a well equipped Gym and an Indoor heated Pool. Nice welcoming touch with your name on the TV while showing a few Boston city sites. A really pleasant stay for our overnight needs.

Broken alarm clock, broken room phone and door latch is broken too. The door doesn’t close behind you, when leaving. You need to reset latch from inside of room. Just before leaving it. I’d told front desk about it. She claimed that was normal thing. Then why NOT place a sticker on doors stating that. It was annoying every time, I’d stepped out. Then more problems was noted of noise from downstairs lobby of EMT’s taking a guest away at 12:30 AM. So slept poorly, then work up late for my day. Because of a broken alarm clock in room. When called on my cellular the next day and asked for late check out to get myself ready to head out. She declared they’re be a charge for that extra request. I’d left in a hurry and was very upset how we were treated as valued customers. I’ll never return there again. DF

Saugus is not very far from Boston and is full of shopping...

Saugus is not very far from Boston and is full of shopping centers and restaurants. Most hotels in the area are medium price range and rather affordable, however, they are also frequented by groups of people who are not very family oriented or family friendly.

Saugus itself isn't anything special.

Saugus itself isn't anything special. It's right off the I-1, so there's always heavy traffic right outside. We chose it because it's close to Boston and easily accessible by subway (though you'll need to drive to the station first).

Staff were very nice and were quick to respond to the issue of water leaking from the roof. Room was big, well furnished and overall clean when we arrived. Hotel well located to visit both Boston and Salem.
