That place needs a deep cleaning.
That place needs a deep cleaning. There were spider webs all along the second floor balcony and around the vending machines. To this moment I still don't have a receipt showing we were there. When we checked in with Ms sharon, she never gave me a copy of what I signed. Upon check out Ms Lila gave me a cash return for checking out early and then called me on my cell phone to drive back to the location because she need the funds back. She had made a mistake, and still no receipt of payment. They need training in the worst way

Sanford is a town that I "always" just passed through, but...
Sanford is a town that I "always" just passed through, but thi time my boss said to STAY 2-3 nights. Iloved the small town friendly people. There were many interesting picture opps in the downtown area. One of the best parts is : It's about 1/2 the way to the NC coast!!!

Sanford is where my daughter lives so in terms of that, it's...
Sanford is where my daughter lives so in terms of that, it's great. There are decent and really good restaurants, plenty of places to get supplies and since we love ordering food take out, that we could UberEats our take out, we felt like we were in the big city.

When we walked in, the front desk associate was super sweet, professional, welcoming and helpful. My husband said her name was Ms. Fox. The check-in was so comforting that I figured it would be a good stay. I was right! The room was mega clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The next day, breakfast was YUMMY! We’ll definitely book here again when we’re in the area.

Breakfast was much better than I've seen at any other hotel recently! Pancakes, eggs with meats and fixings, breads, muffins, danish, yogurts, hot and cold cereal, fruit.. WOW! And great full bodied hot coffee. Super clean and modern, quiet.

Second time I have stayed at this hotel. The first time it was about a 7 but they were under renovation at the time (or so I was told).
