Search hotels in Sanford, ME

Although quite near some major tourist centers, Sanford was down-home enough to give us a taste of everyday local life. There is a great Mexican restaurant in the nearby shopping center and a great breakfast place (Raspberry something) right down the road The inn owners were quite friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable within a high-priced region. The wifi worked well in the morning. The ground-floor room was quite convenient and our car was parked right outside of it.

No frills but it delivers a quiet comfortable night's sleep with an accommodating staff in a clean well cared for facility. Just what was needed (but no more). One note - for hotels like this that likely has been around a long time there are often inconveniences such as poor wifi or one outlet in the room - both of these were actually strengths of this motel - strong wifi and so many outlets!

the hotel was very clean and staff was all pleasant. For breakfast they have a waffle machine to make your own waffles plus they had bagels and yogurt or dry cereal with juice, milk, coffee, or tea.

The location was amazing right on the lake.... I loved the deck outside and the fire pit area was really nice
