Very comfortable.....the room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.....eggs, cereal, sausage, brown potatoes, juices, everything you need for a good breakfast. I needed the transfer at 4:30am and it was perfect..... Of course if I need one Hotel close ORD airport I'll stay there.

Everything's been great: the staff, breakfast, the gym... The spacious and comfy bedroom... They make your room every single day. Located in Hillside, right next to the bus stop that takes you to the blue line to go to Chicago downtown, it's a few minutes from Brothers Mexican Grill restaurant (that's really good, I have to say), the petrol station and a Walgreens. On the other side of the road there's the Hillside bowl and if u walk further down there's a big supermarket, a couple of restaurants, shops and a doughnut bakery (Krispy Kreme) that's just amazing...! I'll definitely go back to Best Western Chicago next time I fly to Chicago.
