The location is great if you are visiting relatives at Ingleside at King Farm. You get a discount on room price if visiting IKF. The bed was comfortable. The chair and ottoman was great for reading. The bathroom was spacious.

    My take is the staff are not familiar with booking online and onsite. I booked online and have my reservation number and got to the site the staff booked me again. My first booking money was not refunded and I was charged again. Have been searching to speak with management, no success

    It in itself is a quaint and clean area. Cool sights.

    It in itself is a quaint and clean area. Cool sights. The real thrill is the enjoyable ride on the DC metro into the historic Washington DC area. You could spend weeks here and never run out of new things to do and see. The Amtrak train will take you all over the region as well. If you love American History, and free Museums, Rockville is an affordable place to stay while you visit the region.

    My toilet was broken nobody help me and when I arrived at the hotel I was waiting almost an hour for check in nobody in the front desk everything was terrible they promised me to return my money back but never got it

    Room cleanliness was poor - boogers from some previous traveler on the wall next to the toilet. Housekeeping didn't service the room at all during our 4-night stay. Other guests propped chairs in the open doorways of their rooms to smoke cigarettes so as not to actually smoke IN the rooms which is so clever. We canceled a second 5-night stay there for the following week and booked elsewhere ... which is our recommendation for other guests.

    The bathroom is huge. The king bed is awesome. Sofa bed is good. Flat screen tv is great with multiple channels. Microwave, mini fridge, Coffee maker , iron and . If you come here you won’t be disappointed. A comfortable office chair with big office table and they decorated the lobby with big Christmas trees. I didn’t expect that for that little money that I pay

    Went for specific family visit, so didn't see much.

    Went for specific family visit, so didn't see much. But seems a lot of things convenient (stores, restaurants, etc). Would not recommend staying here to visit D.C. as the traffic would make commute terrible. Seems adequate for number of restaurants, but did not seem to have a lot to attract a visitor.

    Breakfast needs to improve, more items should be added, there was no billed eggs or eggs cooked as ordered. On Saturday I had to leave hotel at 6 am to go to the airport, even on my request a night before, I was not provided any breakfast. Neither the refund for breakfast was made.
