My friends and I chose Rockport to stay because it was right between Rockland and Camden and we had plans for that area. Farnsworth Museum in Rockland, shops in Camden and hit many lighthouses on our way back to southern Maine.Guest review byC - 10.0

Cute, some great places to go, see, and enjoy. In mid-October things shut down after sundown. We DID spend most of our time in Rockland, Camden & Acadia, but Rockport provides a great experience for nature lovers.Guest review byMichaelUnited States - 8.0
The ROCKPORT area is great!

Rockport is a lovely place however I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to anyone other than friends because I wouldn't like to see it get any more crowded in the summer time.
