The town seemed a bit sleepy, but I came for the Rochelle...
The town seemed a bit sleepy, but I came for the Rochelle Railroad Park, and it was worth it! I also found a great running trail from Flannigan Park along the Kyte River so that I could get my run in. Alfano's is a great Italian restaurant that I enjoyed.

Very clean and comfortable. Good parking. Hotel has a lot of open space around it, and the view from my room was great. Looking west out the back of the building, I could see a wonderful sunset over farm fields and the town off in the distance. It made the most of the Illinois landscape! Also ... cookies!

It was easy to get to off the highway. They had a room with 3 queen beds that was perfect for the group we had. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was basic, but served the purpose we needed it for. Only 30 min drive to Rockford

The staff took care of us when the coffee was depleted near the end of breakfast time, and that was especially nice. It was a solid motel stay. Cheap and a reasonably safe place to stay.

Fantastic breakfast. There were so many options and they all tasted much better than many other hotel breakfasts I’ve had.
