Pueblo is full of hidden gems.
Pueblo is full of hidden gems. The Spectacular train depot, downtown classic architecture-especially the county courthouse, the river walk, a charming historic downtown, Pueblo Lake State Park (one of the best in the state), the BEST city library I've ever seen and a really top-notch Art Museum/event center. and more. It has much going for it, and its people are special--friendly and caring. BTW- it has a Dairy Queen that is in the same location, with the same building and equipment from the 50's and makes awesome ice cream treats!Guest review byDavidUnited States - 2.0

Pueblo is a drug addicted, crime filled city. Police choose to berate out of state guests in new vehicles over getting their own in line. Such a shame. Tired of HOMELESS EVERYWHERE and ALWAYS BEGGING. Restaurant employees (therefore, restaurant owners) don’t take any pride in their jobs bc EVERY.SINGLE. place we dined whether it be sit down or fast food, the meal was ALWAYS thrown together haphazardly and more often than not tasted terrible. During our three-day stay, we discovered fantastic shopping districts and wonderful dining options. The river walk was definitely a highlight of our trip.
