The owners and staff were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The property is in a wonderful location and we were able to walk to local restaurants and shops. Our room was nicely appointed with views of the water. The breakfast area was extremely pleasant and the staff went out of their way to accommodate special food needs. A wonderful inn!

We had the BEST stay at The Pathmaker! We got engaged while staying here, so Bar Harbor will always have a special place in our hearts. Wish we didn't have to travel for 30+ hours to get here, otherwise we'd be back tomorrow!! Beautiful room and really kind and accommodating staff!

The rooms were so cute and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and nice. The decoration of the cottage is very aesthetically pleasing because of all the unique art they have curated. We were greeted with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne as it was our anniversary. We will definitely come back as we had an amazing time.

What a gorgeous location. This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Maine. Beautiful ocean views from our balcony. We sat outside in November just to enjoy the ocean. The continental breakfast is an actual menu of fancy omlette's, breakfast sandwiches etc. The food was delicious and the bistro meal was super high end. Everything is so upscale and it's so close to main street. Absolutely loved it.
