Portales reminds me of my home town; just a small somewhat...
Portales reminds me of my home town; just a small somewhat rural town based around industry and a college. Lots of local businesses with the right mix of chains and big box businesses like Wal-Mart and McDonalds. Very nice town, quiet and peaceful.

WE checked in to what was supposed to be a 3 nights stay in...
WE checked in to what was supposed to be a 3 nights stay in the same room all nights and it turned into 4 nights stay because of car trouble on sat,night which could not be looked at before Monday due to weekend and 3 rooms in 3 day of bad rooms,

It had nice breakfast options such as: waffles, toast, cereal, frozen breakfast sandwiches and burritos. The property was easy to find right off the highway and the room was clean and the hotel was quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Quiet with welcoming family. Good location, and easy to find on my first visit to Portales. Nice city, and guests were quiet .
Air conditioner functioned fine. Furnishings comfortable.

The rooms are always clean. The beds and linens are always perfect and the atmosphere of the hotel is amazing. its quiet and very relaxing
