Customer service poor had to look outside for someone to help with problem.( on a smoke break) BED BUGS. hotel didn’t offer any help didn’t seem to surprised when notified about the BED BUGS. Left hotel. I never slept in bed but I got BED BUG BITES from the chair at the desk. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BED BUGS. unable to find another hotel at 1:00 am.
