Wonderful view! Fabulous vintage ambiance! Hadlock location was pretty, quiet, with the feeling of being away from crowds of tourists yet close enough to Port Townsend to enjoy all the amenities of that destination as well!

My teenage daughter and I stayed here for one night prior to catching our whale watching trip out of Port Townsend. I booked a room at Port Townsend initially, but then changed my mind and opted for this beatuful place - and I am so glad I did! From the moment of arrival we loved the place. It's so tranquil, beautiful and comfy that you just don't want to leave.... The view from the window is really beautiful, and waterfront is just few steps away. I wound't call it a beach exactly, it's more of a wild shore, where one can enjoy sunsets and sunrises while observing mutliple bird species... All communnications with the host were easy and efficient. Once we paid we got the door lock code and that was it. There was plenty of water, coffee, tea, and even energy drinks available in the fridge, which we very much appreciated. The offer of wine was also a sweet gesture though we didn't have any. Eating breakfast while looking at the water front and beautiful nature was 10 out of 10 experience. There was a pair of bikes on offer, but unfortunately we didn't have the time to explore the area further - maybe next time...

This was like staying in the middle of a nature preserve!

This was like staying in the middle of a nature preserve! Lots of wildlife in the wetlands and the ocean was right beyond with ships, boats. The view was just Amazing as was the house. We were absolutely thrilled and hope we can come back sometime soon!!

This is a basement apartment of a waterfront home with full window view from every room. The view is extraordinary- and there is even beach access! The quiet lovely neighborhood is great for walks and Fort Flagler State park is just minutes away. The Wifi and streaming options are great. Eat on the patio and sit at the fire table.. We loved our stay and enjoyed all the extras provided like- artwork, games even bedroom TV, Excellent choice for my Mother's Day retreat.
