I reserved a room with a hot tub and one bed and ended up with a small bathtub, two small beds, no phone or Wi-Fi password. So I over paid for what I ended up with😡😡. They should hve contacted me for that change.

We had to leave our first hotel because of unclean conditions. We arrived at 11pm at America Best. Kimmie was very accommodating for us. I told her my husband was handicapped she got us a room close to elevator for him. Made sure we had everything we needed. The room was large , very clean. Have already booked again for another trip.

We go to Pinckneyville to visit a family member who is incarcerated. The prison is across the street and within blocks of this hotel so it is extremely convenient. We have a six hour drive to get here so the location is great. The price was excellent.

Kim- manager and Julie- assistant manager, were so helpful! And the hotel looked and smelled SO CLEAN! I did have issues with laundry... There were NO QUARTERS at front desk and bar for me to dry my clothes!
