The room was clean, but the bedding had holes in it; we assumed it was from wear. The bathroom needed to have all the trim and baseboards replaced.
Additional fees up the final price we paid by nearly $2; not much, but not what we expected—especially in light of the condition of this property.
We would not stay here again.

Liked the location for our plans while in Ottawa.
Liked the location for our plans while in Ottawa. We have stayed at Comfort Inns in other locations and have been very pleased. This property could use an update. There were things that an attempt had been made to update but either done on the cheap side and shoddy workmanship. For the price was disappointed with facility. Other hotels nearby we may consider on next trip to Ottawa.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my booking this time since we decided to go to a different destination last minute, but hotel staff very helpful and always a pleasure to stay here, very decent hotel for price, breakfast over average in this udget class and room always clean.

When we arrived we were treated so kind amazing service thank each of you truly blessed that this hotel was in our path.My husband and I travel for work on a daily and we were so relaxed that’s the feeling you will have when you check out thank you God bless🙏

Breakfast was so-so. It was the standard fare of most other similar hotels. Fresh fruit was nice. An additional bread option (rye or a seeded bread and/or bran muffin) would be nice. Additional flavors of yogurt would be nice.

They have a small indoor pool, and the vending machines were easy to locate, and there’s an Applebees right next to the hotel.
