Great location in an area which is being ‘done up’. Great breakfast choices & we could sit outside without smoke or pets. Excellent receptionist (sorry can’t remember her name) who upgraded our room & loved our accents!

I had a bad experience in the breakfast but the reception staff Brandia and her Manager Brenda changed my bad experience to great. Brenda takes the comfort of the customers very seriously but my shoutout is for Brandia. She is beyond amazing!!! If am going to stay again in this hotel it will be because of Brandia!! She is amazingly courteous and made my stay worth because of the way she treated me. I hope she gets promoted soon!

    Our room was decent but we had to watch TV from the beds.

    Our room was decent but we had to watch TV from the beds. The only chair was at the desk. We were there for 3 nights and had to ask for fresh towels, and the room was not cleaned during our stay. For the price of a nights stay, the value was low. The only thing hot for breakfast was pancakes and there was no protein available

    Best Western was perfect option, the breakfast was great the staff was excellent very friendly professional and helpful, the hotel is clean, rooms are very well decorated and modern, loved the complete blackout curtains. Oswego is very safe, clean, people are very friendly and you can find any store you can think off very close by, and restaurants all kinds of options. There are very pretty parks close by if you want to take a walk. I will definitely come back and stay at this hotel.

    I stay here often lately as I sold my house and in the market for a new one. I stay with family and once a week ish I stay at this hotel. Someone is available if needed for anything. Breakfast is free and tastes delicious. Staff is always friendly when walking in all the way through checking out.

    The breakfast was better than expected. Lots of choices. I especially liked the Denver Omlette and the oatmeal choices. Location was great for me - near the Rush Aurora Hospital.
