The staff was incredibly helpful, patient and competent, always finding a solution to our requests. On one occasion, an item got lost. The manager helped retrieve it in no time. The location is also ideal for traveling to Manhattan Penn Station. I warmly recommend this clean, comfortable and very well managed hotel.

Greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome, bed took me into dreamland, so great, shuttle driver accommodated getting me to Terminal A which I normally would have to take another bus. So I. Pressed with the entire short stay. Close to airport.

I thought that the breakfast was fair. My preference would have been for the eggs to be cooked a tad more. Would have really appreciated a non-red meat option of meat, i.e.turkey, chicken or fish. Maybe offer cereal option that's not sugar coated. I think that these additions would increase the breakfast experience for us who don't eat red meat. Just saying.

    I had a terrible experience during my stay.

    I had a terrible experience during my stay. The host never responded properly on Booking.com messages and only sent me the check-in details via text, which is unprofessional and unsafe. I called them 12 times, and they did not answer any of my calls. They texted me back after 1 hour and 40 minutes, which was extremely frustrating as I was waiting with my children late at night. I booked through Booking.com to keep all communication in one place for security, but they ignored that. They claimed on the phone that I agreed to receive text messages, which I never did. Because of their unprofessional communication and lack of timely response, my entire stay was stressful. I would never recommend this property to anyone, especially families travelling with kids. Avoid this place if you want a smooth and stress-free stay.
