The lobby and entire building is beautiful. Staff are kind and helpful. Continental breakfast was fabulous! The pool and hot tub were well loved by the kiddos! The outdoor fireplace was amazing. Thanks for a great visit.

Very accommodating, helpful and friendly owners. Goat yoga was a new experience and a lot of fun with the baby goats nuzzling and jumping on you while doing yoga. It’s definitely a wonderful place to stay.

    Onalaska is a beautiful area. There is so much to see and do in the area we never have time to fit everything in. Onalaska has wonderful restaurants, beautiful views and great shopping. We always look forward to returning to the area all year round.

    Just passed through and did not have time to explore.

    Just passed through and did not have time to explore. I was impressed by the scenery though. Being on the Mississippi River, there has got to be tons of things to see, do and explore. I would not hesitate to hang out in the area for a while!

    the only reason we stayed there was for a competition and so...

    the only reason we stayed there was for a competition and so my kid could use the pool. AFTER they swiped my credit card they told me the pool wasn't available. When i explained that was the only reason i was staying the counter woman got snotty with me and more or less said too bad deal with it. no adjustment, room change, nothing. just go away.

    Hotel was great.

    Hotel was great. My complaint is that the hotel phone # is not available on line. I end up booking With a 2nd party and It doesn't go well. I booked this room on the IHG app using accumulated points. At check in, I discover that the booking was thru booking com, and the points can not be used. Tell me how I can find your local # on line. How do I get this recent stay charged against my points?

    This area around LaCrosse is a wonderful location along the Mississippi with much to see as a result. Wildlife areas to enjoy as well as the usual views along the river and nearby bluffs. Many places to dine as well.

    I had no problems with these accommodations.

    I had no problems with these accommodations. They served my needs. I just wish the bed was adjustable. I have acid reflux. Just mentioning as a after thought. I know some people need to have a inverted bed ever so slightly for proper circulation and comfort.

    The breakfast was fantastic. Probably the best I've ever had at a hotel. The breakfast attendant was wonderful! She was even refilling our drinks, and when new hot food was available she came around offering it to us at our table. The pool area is super cool, huge hot tub, you can even swim from inside to outdoor pool through a portal in the wall. It's one continuous pool. There is a nice wild life refuge park with hiking trails off the rear of the property.

    Because we were leaving on a bus trip at 4:00 AM, we stayed overnight in La Crosse. We were pleasantly surprised to find that staff had brewed fresh coffee and put out breakfast items for us! We appreciated the exceptional service.

    The front desk staff was very friendly. It appears that the hotel was updated in the not-too-distant past. The man who attended to the breakfast area kept everything stocked and the area clean.
