I was absolutely happy with the choice of a place to celebrate my birthday. Everything was the way it should be and even more: the hotel design is fantastic (the way the architects combined the old historical part of the property with the new one is a masterpiece), perfect location, excellent service, wonderful spa, great food for dinner, great setting of the Champaign bar.

Late arrival by car and had to make some manoeuvres before understanding that you just drive to the parking hall 3rd floor and take an elevator to the Lobby at 7th floor. Convenient once you understood it. One of the best and most helpful & polite receptionists I've met in any hotel. Not just one of them, but all the staff. Got a high floor room with a city view - fine. Found out that there is Aventura mall just under our window, but still need a car to get there. No problem. Hotel was or looked brand new. Large common areas. Live music in the evenings at lobby-level. Great service at poolside restaurant. The dishes were of high quality, beautifully arranged and refined. The pool area was stylish and in the right direction, so it was worth taking a sunny moment of rest after breakfast. Breakfast was not included to the room rate and it was not of buffet-type, so prepare for queuing. If you need it fast, use the small coffee shop in the lobby. Room was modern and super clean. Coffee machine and silent air conditioning system.

GOOD MORNING, I JUST WANTED TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW, THE LOCATION (IN MY CASE) IS VERY COMFORTABLE, FIRST I HAVE AN ARGENTINE STORE, ON THE CORNER (GRAZIANO'S) THEN I HAVE CONTINUOUS FLOWS TO SAWGRASS MILLS, HOLLYWOOD BEACH, AVENTURA MALL AND SEMINOLE HARD ROCK CASINO, THE AREA OF THE HOTEL IS IDEAL TO GO AND COME IN A LITTLE TIME, SINCE STAYING IN DOWNTOWN IS TEDIOUS TO ME, THE DISTANCE AND THE DELAY DUE TO TRAFFIC CONGESTION. Look no further and just book this place, it was perfect for our needs. Our second stay so future visits we’ll always choose Hollywood Beachside Boutique Suites. Cute rooms with basic kitchenettes (utensils and cooking supplies) or mini frig and microwave. Comfy bed and linens. Very short walk (couple minutes) to the beach and Hollywood Boardwalk, Nice pool and multiple outdoor patios to enjoy. Free use of beach towels and chairs. $12 parking is cheapest in the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk area. Tons of restaurants close by and Fort Lauderdale and Miami are easy drives away. Just a beautiful place! The staff is friendly and beyond helpful. Let us upgrade to a studio for a reasonable fee when we checked in. The AC was acting up the second night and after maintenance couldn’t fix it we were moved to another lovely room for the night. The price is affordable and very reasonable compared to other properties and the parking fee is only $12 a day compared to other hotels charging $20+ or requiring ridiculous expensive street parking. I had to work in Hollywood the day of checkout. Instead of booting my girlfriend out, the front desk staff allowed her to borrow some towels and beach chairs, enjoy the outdoor areas, beach and leave the rentals car parked while I finished up with my client. I really appreciated the hospitality and kindness of the gesture. Beyond impressed with the staff and service we received! Great communication and friendly helpful people! Thanks so much to the staff for helping make our little two night stay wonderful!
