Norfolk is a town desperately trying not to die by boasting activities and arts. It's is not what it seems. I only went to see my mother but I will never recommend anyone go their for leisure unless you want to be overcharged and bored.

The whitewater park is so much fun!! We have family in the area that we also come to visit but we always love the great food- tastee treet is an absolute MUST stop-& the river park that is a blast for the entire family. We always find a good time & great value when we visit Norfolk!

The was very courteous and helped us with several changes. After booking, I tried to cancel room, but checked on it after arriving in Norfolk. They had my reservation still and I checked in with ease and made an adjustment to my stay as my spouse only wanted to stay one night, So they canceled the 2nd night reservation with no problem. Next morning after breakfast from breakfast room, my spouse told me he wanted to stay one more night. So, asked the front desk staff if we could get the room for another night, they indicated yes, no problem, and they did it with a smile.

Great price and very nice people. Bed was way to soft for us. Breakfast looked okay but no meat. We decided to eat somewhere else. This was just a stop for us on our way home. Nice for a one night stay. We ate at Stan's Smokin' BBQ and it was amazing!!! Enjoyed driving around Norfolk and checking out the city.

The hotel was very clean. The room also very clean with no odor. Good location. The front desk people were helpful and polite. Ample and good breakfast and coffee. Definitely recommend this hotel.
