We ended up not staying due to the pool and hot tub being down, the manager went above and beyond for us, Heather Johnson, was able to get our reservation cancelled with no penalty and called another property to make sure theirs was working. She was one of he most polite helpful front desk people we have ever come across while staying at hotels. Thank you again Heather for helping us get a place with a pool and hot tub , we ended up at Americ inn in Stevens Point which was very nice also! We need more employees like Heather!!!!

We stay in the area regularly and have stayed at this hotel before. It is clean and most of the staff is friendly although there have been some people that work the desk that are not.

We got a nail in our tire and the staff called all around to find us a place open on Sat. Tires plus in Appleton fixed it right away.
