The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. To begin with, there was a ten-minute delay in delivering the room (something that seemed normal to me) and the hotel staff gave us an upgrade to a spectacular room (unnecessary, but appreciated). The room was very large and perfect in every way, the facilities as well. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. The hotel seems to me a great option for people who are going to start their trip to the mountains and need a night to sleep in Denver, the exit to highway 70 is easy and in a few minutes you are in the mountains.

Jeff and his two adorable cats were great hosts. (The cats aren't allowed in the room, but they will happily greet you at the entrance.) The location is perfect for hikers and Red Rocks enthusiasts. The bedding and towels are among the softest I've run across in decades of traveling. The kitchenette is perfect for folks on the go, and is very well stocked for tea and coffee lovers.
